Maven's Journey resonates deeply with my own personal quest for excellence, as it is dedicated to cultivating mavens - individuals who possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the most important person they can ever be an expert on, themselves. 

We are dedicated to supporting single parent families and solo care givers in being able to access health and wellness care at a reduced cost. 
We believe that everyone in our community deserves this access in order to be healthier, happier and more productive in their lives. 
Maven’s Journey is for all, not just a few. 
Much of what we do is help you to navigate your world with more ease and more energy. Whether it be through chiropractic care, coaching, or any of the other energetic tools that we use, they support YOU in understanding yourself more completely and deeply.

  • High Performance Coaching

    High Performance = “Succeeding beyond standard norms over the long term, while maintaining positive well-being and relationships.”

    Living a fully charged life and achieving your heart’s desires happens more fluidly with a guide. Through a series of powerful and emotionally engaging discussions, infused with effective habit-building, I will support you in being more engaged, confident and on-purpose. We will build a solid foundation for your transformation; intuitively aligned with your inner being. You’ll be in flow with your purpose and your joy; high performing in all areas of your life.   • Intuitive Healing

    I use a variety of tools; psychic intuition, mediumship, emotion clearing, chakra balancing and reiki are all part of my process when supporting you. These tools assist me in providing valuable insights, comfort, validation and healing for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. You and I will discuss in the moment what is needed for that particular session and proceed. These sessions are typically 1 hr in length and can be done virtually or in-person.

  • REIKI

    Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. I am currently offering 1 hour healing sessions that can be in-person or performed from a distance. The sessions are fully clothed with your comfort in mind.

  • Embodied Consciousness

    I utilize a variety of grounding techniques as well as Dr. Epstein’s 12 Stages of Healing with SRI- Somato-Respiratory Integration (body-breath) to assist you in coming home to yourself. This powerful body of work allows you to connect with the natural rhythms of your body and life through energy, touch, and movement. These somatic sessions are 1/2 hr and can be done virtually.

  • Network Spinal Chiropractic

    We provide gentle, transformative mobile chiropractic care throughout the seacoast of NH specializing in Network Spinal. We are currently accepting new practice members.
